Member qualificationsThe Gold Card:
● Stay up to 5 times under proper price in a calendar year or stay up to 10 nights for one time.
● As a Gold card member, you can enjoy all the Gold Card privileges.
The Platinum Card:
● Stay up to 30 nights under proper price in a calendar year.
● As a Platinum Card member, you can enjoy all the Platinum Card privileges.
The Diamond Card:
● Stay up to 50 nights under proper price in a calendar year.
● As a Diamond Card member, you can enjoy all the Diamond Card privileges.
The hotel gives qualification checks on members every year.

Application ProcedureWant to be one member of our club? Please fill in the application form completely and then you will become a formal member after getting conformation. The hotel will keep secret for its members. Every formal member will have one member card and Service line: 0411-82589188 ext. 8103
Booking ProcedureTo ensure you receive membership benefits and services, please provide your membership number, your name and the name of your company when you make your reservation. The member card is the only voucher to calculate our points and rewards. If you did not make reservation in advance, you should present the member card when you check-in. Those who do not carry the member card cannot earn points. Only the member enjoys the relevant privileges when he reserves serval rooms in his name. The other rooms can earn points for him.

Information DeskThe member can check the points and get all the benefits from 15 th to 25 th every month.
Working time: Mo. –Fr. 8am -5pm. (Not available on holidays).
The member can require verification if he has any questions about booking.
The points can be calculated only after the member has paid for all the consumption spent in the hotel.
